We go in search of small Italian producers because it is from their work that the most unusual bottles are born, limited productions that are refined and never banal. Constantly changing, our cellar is a journey through the diversity of varieties that characterize the whole of Italy and a little beyond; over 100 labels, with a greater selection of whites and bubbles, carefully chosen to enhance our seafood and heartfelt cuisine.
