Pool Rules and Regulations

These Rules and Regulations govern the main conduct and usage guidelines for the pool area by all users. Access to the pool implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.

Access to the pool is strictly reserved for guests of the property. The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Entry to the pool outside of the designated hours is strictly prohibited.

The maximum depth of the pool is 1.40 meters. Diving and any dangerous movements or acrobatics are strictly prohibited. The pool is not supervised: children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Showering before entering the water is mandatory.

It is forbidden to bring food, glass beverages, sharp or dangerous objects into the pool area. Smoking is not allowed in the pool area, including the poolside. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and quietly, avoiding shouting, dangerous play, or disturbing others. Swimwear is mandatory. Young children must wear swim diapers. Showering is mandatory before entering the pool, especially after applying sunscreen or other skin products.

Sunbeds, umbrellas, and other furnishings are available for guests but may not be reserved by leaving personal belongings. Moving equipment without authorization is strictly prohibited.

The management declines all responsibility for accidents, injuries, or thefts occurring within the pool area. Guests are responsible for supervising their personal belongings and for the behavior of children in their care.
