Mutsu Hassen - Tokubetsu Junmai 720ml

The most classic label of this winery. A clear and crystalline flavor, typical of the water flowing from the mountains, with hints of minerality brought by the sea breezes and notes of banana contributed by the yeast used, also originating from Aomori Prefecture

Tanigawadake Chokara Junmai 720ml

It takes its name from the mountain of the same name, the most famous in Gunma Prefecture. The flavor opens crystalline and austere, but is soon brightened by flashes of ripe fruit such as apple and pear, which round it out and soften it. The crisp umami stands out against a lightly mineral base, leaving the mouth refreshed.

Mutemuka - Chiyonobori-720ml

The flavor is mineral and well-structured, with a crystal-clear and clean umami, wrapped in a light spicy note reminiscent of paprika and bell pepper. A very small amount of alcohol is added at the end of fermentation to soften the aromas, which would otherwise be too intense, making it very well balanced and perfect to pair with any dish.
