The dining room staff is available to provide you with any information regarding the nature and origin of the raw materials used and how to prepare the dishes on the menu. The allergenic substances present in the dishes of the ingredients book are highlighted, in order to facilitate identification before ordering. During preparations in the kitchen, accidental contamination cannot be excluded. To guarantee the quality and food safety, the products administered are frozen or frozen, or they are slaughtered at a negative temperature, as described in the Hacco Plan pursuant to reg. CE 852/04.
