Verdesalvia beers

Extra Borgo Reale beer (American Pale Ale style)

A variety of our "classic" Reale all played on hops! Different varieties are all added in the last 10 minutes of boiling, in a 3 times dose higher than the Reale. The result is an explosion of scents ranging from citrus to resinous (pine and incense). At the first sip the taste buds are hit by a powerful sensation of bitterness which gives way to a pleasant and persistent note of mandarin. Alc degree: 6.4%

Borgo Reale Beer (India Pale Ale Style)

A journey that begins in Borgorese but has its roots in the tradition of English India Pale Ales. The scent of American aromatic hops is intense, the color is amber, the citrus notes are intense and peppery. In the Reale the English style meets the Italian one to give life to a new and enveloping taste. Alc degree: 6.4%

Birra del Borgo Maledetta (Belgian Ale Style)

It was born from the meeting between Belgian and Anglo-Saxon brewing cultures but it is absolutely a beer experimental. The wild yeast is "hunted" on the Ducchessa Mountains and domesticated to create a new strain specific to the territory. Fascinating, intense, honeyed, it is the concrete example of how to reinvent a style to create something new and inspired by the territory. Alc degree: 6.2%

My Antonia village beer (Imperial Pilsner style)

The world of bottom fermentation comes here revolutionized and becomes mad in Borgorese. The meeting between European hops and American hops is explosive but balanced. The Pils style is renewed and becomes more intense and full-bodied. A "tough" blonde that you will fall in love with, just like her protagonist of Willa Cather's novel from which it takes its name. Alc degree: 7.5%

Borgo Lisa beer (Lager style)

Let's rethink the world of traditional Lagers bringing all the Italian character and charm. The ancient wheat makes it soft and intense, the orange zest, an ingredient difficult to find in any lager, adds freshness and lightness. Golden and unfiltered, elegant but decisive, scented with cereal and bread crust. Lisa draws on the tradition of bottom fermentation to give you a new, modern Italian beer experience. Alc degree: 5%
