Park Hotel Brasilia
Our Maitre Donato is the point of reference for the dining experience at Park Hotel Brasilia, where hospitality, elegance and attention to detail come together. His journey began with a degree in History and Philosophy and a brief experience in education and training, but it is in hospitality that Donato finds his true calling: creating genuine connections and transforming every moment at the table into something memorable. For Donato, the restaurant is a place of encounter, storytelling and discovery, where, with a discreet and refined style, he accompanies guests through an experience of harmony and care, where every gesture contributes to making the stay even more special.
Born in 1986, Chef Diego brings with him a journey rooted in Italy, in the Marche region, enriched by experiences in Milan and seven years spent in Asia, which broadened his perspective and refined his culinary sensitivity. His cuisine remains deeply Italian, shaped by memory, simplicity, and authenticity. These foundations are naturally complemented by subtle distant influences—light touches that emerge in his dishes like traces of travel, always balanced and never overpowering. At the heart of his work is a deep respect for ingredients, carefully selected to enhance their purest flavors. Each dish is the result of a balance between technique and instinct, between simplicity and emotion.
